Why this survey ?

While working on a health economic project I realised that there is real dearth of knowledge about the salary structure of Radiation Oncology professionals in India. Sites like Salary.com (https://www.salary.com) are available in USA which host the expected salary for different jobs in different parts of USA. Other countries like UK have a well defined compensation structure in place through the NHS. However, as health care is a mix of private and public enterprise in India and is in the concurrent list there is a marked heterogenity in the salary structure across India. This is true for all professions but the situation in the field of medicine is more complex. This survey is the one of the first survey of it’s kind which tries to get some data regarding the salary structure of Radiation Oncology Professionals in India.

The survey is of course not comprehensive and is designed to quickly provide a reasonable answer to the question I am asking at the moment - how much money is spent in engaging a radiation oncology professional per minute of work.
